Paul Edmonds

Paul Edmonds, the principal lead and owner of Red Dragon Consulting, has spanned a 28-year career in emergency management, from environmental protection, enforcement, and inspection to major incident emergencies, recovery and senior leadership. Paul has overseen a wide range of man-made and natural disasters throughout his career.
